Dr. Tapasya Mundhra stated that liquid nitrogen is dangerous to use with lack of knowledge, but if utilized properly with the right skills, the liquid nitrogen may not harmful. Therefore, the servers and the chefs at the restaurants should know the correct usage of the chemical for their customer to be safe while consuming liquid nitrogen.
